Student Application for Participation in Waters Edge Relay Run

To get involvement of schools (High school is most likely target) a competition, like the following ,might be established:

Interested students would write a short one page paper (100 to 300 words) describing a college major or trade, they're considering in the future, and how the acquired skills and knowledge may be used to construct processes, services, lifestyles or products that'll reduce green house emissions(directly or indirectly) when they're used in industry, households or commerce.

Also the students would design a screen printing for a t-shirt which, if they win, would wear on their run in the relay. This design(s) would be for both the front and the back of the t-shirt. A preferred design would have one side of the t-shirt describe something related to what the submitted paper above describes about their future contribution, and the other side describing what the general public should do that'll encourage that contribution to green house gas reduction.

Side 1: Reduce your Carbon Footprint. Choose Vegan.
Side 2: Studying Food Science: Find substitutes for meat protein
